The patch tool creates both DLLs and runs its binary/helper validation.
It never executes the original mods or game code.

Requirements:
- Windows .NET Framework C# compiler (csc.exe, v4.0.30319).
- Mono.Cecil 0.11.6, lib/net40/Mono.Cecil.dll from its NuGet package.
- Original supplied LupiSuit.dll.
- Official ModelReplacementAPI 2.4.20 DLL.
- BepInEx/core folder from a BepInEx 5 installation (assembly resolver).

Prepare this working layout:
  Patch.cs
  Mono.Cecil.dll
  inputs/originals/LupiSuit.dll
  inputs/downloads/api-2.4.20/ModelReplacementAPI.dll

Build in a Developer Command Prompt, or use the full csc.exe path:
  csc /nologo /optimize+ /target:exe /out:Patch.exe /reference:Mono.Cecil.dll Patch.cs

Run with three quoted absolute paths:
  Patch.exe "PATH_TO_INPUTS" "PATH_TO_NEW_OUTPUT_FOLDER" "PATH_TO_BEPINEX_CORE"

Successful execution ends with PATCH AND VALIDATION COMPLETE.
The emitted standalone helper test DLL is placed under PATH_TO_INPUTS;
keep it out of your game's plugins directory.
