    or SpongePEAKLib as a library. Yes. Nothing required.
                                               This is what they are for.

  Reupload them somewhere else.                No.
  Sell them or put them behind a paywall. No.
  Decompile them and reuse the code you find. Only with credit, and only in

In one line: use it freely, build on the libraries freely, but do not rip the
implementation and do not reupload it.

0. DEFINITIONS

   "Software" All files in this package, including the compiled
                   assemblies, and their source code wherever published.

   "Author" The copyright holder named above.

   "Library" The packages SpongePEAKCore and SpongePEAKLib, which exist
                   to be referenced by other mods.

   "Public API" The public and protected types, methods, properties, fields,
                   events and constants of the Library: that is, everything
                   another assembly can reference by name without decompiling
                   anything.

   "Implementation" The bodies of methods and the internal logic of the
                   Software: how it does what it does, as opposed to what it
                   exposes. Recovering the Implementation requires decompiling,
                   disassembling, or reading published source.

   "You" Any person or organisation exercising rights under this
                   license.

   Section headings are for navigation and do not limit the text beneath them.

1. USING THE SOFTWARE

   You may download, install, run, and play with the Software for any purpose,
   personal or commercial, without restriction, without notifying the Author,
   and WITHOUT PROVIDING ATTRIBUTION.

   You may show the Software in streams, videos, screenshots, guides, reviews,
   and any other content, including monetised content, without restriction and
   WITHOUT PROVIDING ATTRIBUTION. Credit is welcome but is never required for
   simply using or showing the Software.

   You may modify the Software for your own private use.

2. MODPACKS AND COLLECTIONS

   You may include the Software, unmodified, in a modpack, collection, curated
   list, or server bundle. You do not need permission and you do not need to
   provide attribution.

   This is granted deliberately and without conditions, because modpacks are
   how most players find mods, and any friction here would make the Software
   less useful to the people it was written for.

   The only limits are those in sections 5 and 6: a modpack may not be sold or
   paywalled, and may not present the Software as the packer's own work.

3. BUILDING AGAINST THE LIBRARY

   This section is a grant, not a restriction. The Library was published so
   that other people can build on it.

   You may, for any purpose including commercial:

     a. reference the Library from your own mod or assembly;
     b. call, implement, inherit from, extend, and otherwise use the Public API;
     c. declare the Library as a dependency of your package;
     d. distribute your mod, which depends on the Library, anywhere you like;
     e. redistribute the Library unmodified as a dependency of your own work,
        where a package manager or distribution platform requires that.

   None of the above requires permission, attribution, notification, payment,
   or any obligation to license your own work in any particular way. Your mod
   is entirely yours. Using the Public API does not make your work a derivative
   of the Software.

   For the avoidance of doubt: this license places NO conditions on the source
   code of any work that merely uses the Public API.

4. REUSING THE IMPLEMENTATION

   This is the one thing this license actually restricts.

   Decompiling or disassembling the Software to understand how it works, to
   diagnose a conflict with your own mod, or to check what it does, is
   permitted. Studying the Software is fine.

   However, if you copy, adapt, translate, or transcribe any part of the
   Implementation into your own work, whether from decompiled output or from
   published source, then:

     a. YOU MUST CREDIT THE AUTHOR by name in your work's description or
        documentation, and link to the original where a link is practical;

     b. YOU MUST NOT present the result as an independent creation, and must
        state that it derives from the Software;

     c. THE RESULT MUST BE SUBSTANTIALLY YOUR OWN WORK. Reproducing the
        Software, or a recognisable portion of it, with cosmetic changes such
        as renaming, reformatting, reordering, changing namespaces, or
        re-bundling, is NOT permitted regardless of attribution.

   The purpose of this section is narrow and worth stating: to prevent someone
   from lifting the Author's work and shipping it as their own. It is not
   intended to stop anyone from learning from the Software, reimplementing an
   idea independently, or solving the same problem their own way.

   Ideas, techniques, and approaches are NOT covered. If you read the Software,
   understand how a problem was solved, and then write your own solution, you
   owe nothing under this license. Only copied expression is covered.

5. REDISTRIBUTION

   You may NOT redistribute the Software, modified or unmodified, on any
   website, platform, storefront, mirror, or download aggregator other than the
   Author's own published releases.

   This exists because duplicate uploads go stale, collect bug reports the
   Author never sees, and are the usual vector for a package being altered
   before it reaches a player.

   Exceptions, all of which are permitted:

     a. Modpacks and collections, under section 2.
     b. Redistribution of the Library as a dependency, under section 3(e).
     c. A SUBSTANTIALLY MODIFIED WORK, under section 6.
     d. Private copies, backups, and transfers not made available publicly.

6. SUBSTANTIALLY MODIFIED WORKS

   You may publicly distribute a work derived from the Software if that work is
   substantially modified: if it meaningfully changes what the Software does or
   what it is for, rather than repackaging it.

   Such a work must:

     a. credit the Author, per section 4(a);
     b. state clearly that it is derived from, and NOT endorsed by, the
        original; and
     c. not use a name likely to be confused with the Software's name.

   "Substantially modified" is a judgement, not a line count, and is meant to
   be read in good faith. Adding a feature, porting to a different game, or
   rebuilding it around a different goal qualifies. Changing constants, the
   name, or the icon does not.

7. COMMERCIAL RESTRICTIONS

   You may NOT sell the Software, nor place it behind a paywall, subscription,
   donation wall, early-access period, link shortener that pays per click, or
   any other barrier that extracts value in exchange for access.

   This applies whether the Software is sold alone or as part of a collection.

   Permitted, and explicitly not considered selling:

     a. monetised videos, streams, or articles featuring the Software;
     b. accepting donations for your own work that happens to use the Library;
     c. servers that charge for hosting, where the Software is merely installed.

8. NO SOURCE OBLIGATION

   Nothing in this license requires the Author, You, or anyone else to publish,
   provide, or make available any source code.

   Where the Author publishes source, that source remains under this license
   and publication does not waive any term of it.

   This license is NOT an open-source license and is not intended to be one.

9. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

   All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Author. No right is
   granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

   No trademark rights are granted. You may use the Software's name to state
   accurately that your work uses or depends on it, which is nominative use and
   is always permitted.

10. TERMINATION

   The rights in sections 1, 2, and 3 are perpetual and irrevocable for any
   copy you already have, and do not terminate. Playing the game and building
   against the Library will never stop being allowed.

   The rights in sections 4, 5, and 6 terminate automatically if You breach
   them, and are reinstated automatically upon cure, provided the breach is
   cured within 30 days of You becoming aware of it. This is deliberately
   forgiving: the intent is compliance, not forfeiture.

11. NO WARRANTY AND NO LIABILITY

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, DATA LOSS,
   SAVE-FILE CORRUPTION, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT,
   TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE
   OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

   The Software modifies a game. You install it at your own risk.

12. INTERPRETATION

   If any provision is held unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent
   necessary and the remainder stays in force.

   The summary at the top of this file is explanatory. Where it and the license
   text conflict, the license text governs.

   Where a term is genuinely ambiguous, it should be read in favour of the
   permission rather than the restriction. The Author's intent is that this
   Software be used and built upon freely, and that only wholesale copying of
   the Implementation, reuploading, and selling are prevented.

   This license is not tailored to any jurisdiction and has not been reviewed
   by a lawyer. It reflects the Author's intent as clearly as it can be stated.

13. PERMISSIONS BEYOND THIS LICENSE

   For anything this license does not allow, ask. Contact the Author through
   the Thunderstore package page. Reasonable requests are likely to be granted.
