Graphics Overdrive - third-party software notices
=================================================

This package contains third-party software. Everything else in it is the work of the Graphics Overdrive author.

1. AMD FidelityFX SDK v1.1.4
----------------------------

Used for: FSR 3 upscaling, FSR 3 frame interpolation and optical flow, and FSR 1 upscaling and sharpening.
Included in:
  BepInEx/patchers/Wubarrk-GraphicsOverdrive/native/linux-x64/libgo_router.so (FSR 3 upscaler)
BepInEx/patchers/Wubarrk-GraphicsOverdrive/native/linux-x64/VkLayer_wubarrk_frame_generation.so (FSR 3 frame interpolation, optical flow)
  BepInEx/patchers/Wubarrk-GraphicsOverdrive/native/windows-x64/go_router.dll (FSR 3 upscaler)
BepInEx/patchers/Wubarrk-GraphicsOverdrive/native/windows-x64/VkLayer_wubarrk_frame_generation.dll (FSR 3 frame interpolation, optical flow)
BepInEx/plugins/Wubarrk-GraphicsOverdrive/GraphicsOverdrive.dll (FSR 1: two shaders in its embedded shader bundles)
Source: https://github.com/GPUOpen-LibrariesAndSDKs/FidelityFX-SDK, tag v1.1.4
Modified: yes. Built for Linux and Windows by Graphics Overdrive: AMD's shaders are compiled with a Linux port of the SDK's shader
compiler invocation, the host code gets compatibility definitions for GCC and MinGW-w64, and the Vulkan backend is patched to use
only the device extensions the game enabled and to align its scratch memory. The frame interpolation is patched to generate a frame
at any position between two frames instead of only halfway (its shaders and host code: an interpolation factor in an unused constant
slot, the motion scaled to that position; two host flags to generate several frames, or none, between the same two frames), and its
Vulkan backend keeps more frames of resource views. FSR 1's two filters (EASU and RCAS, the SDK's gpu/fsr1/ffx_fsr1.h) are written out
as Unity shaders: the same arithmetic, with single texture reads in place of Gather calls, the position taken from the texture
coordinate, and exact divisions in place of the SDK's approximations. These modifications are the Graphics Overdrive author's.

2. Headers used to build the native libraries (not included)
------------------------------------------------------------

The native libraries are compiled against the Vulkan API headers (type and constant definitions); the headers themselves are not
included in this package. Copyright 2015-2026 The Khronos Group Inc. License: Apache-2.0 OR MIT (https://github.com/KhronosGroup/Vulkan-Headers).
The router is compiled against Unity's native plugin API headers (Unity Companion License); they are not included either.

3. MinGW-w64 runtime and winpthreads (Windows libraries only)
-------------------------------------------------------------

The Windows libraries (BepInEx/patchers/Wubarrk-GraphicsOverdrive/native/windows-x64/*.dll) were built with MinGW-w64 and are statically linked against the MinGW-w64 runtime
and its POSIX threads library (winpthreads). Their notices follow, reproduced as they appear in MinGW-w64 14.0.0.

    FIXME: Cephes math lib
    Copyright (C) 1984-1998 Stephen L. Moshier

It sounds vague, but as to be found at
    <http://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2004/12/msg00295.html>, it gives an
impression that the author could be willing to give an explicit
permission to distribute those files e.g. under a BSD style license. So
probably there is no problem here, although it could be good to get a
permission from the author and then add a license into the Cephes files
in MinGW runtime. At least on follow-up it is marked that debian sees the
version a-like BSD one. As MinGW.org (where those cephes parts are coming
from) distributes them now over 6 years, it should be fine.

4. GCC runtime libraries
------------------------

The native libraries are statically linked against GCC's runtime libraries (libstdc++, libgcc). The GCC Runtime Library Exception
permits this without further conditions; it is listed here for completeness.

5. Unity built-in shader include files (the depth-copy shader in plugins/GraphicsOverdrive.dll)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

GraphicsOverdrive.dll embeds a small depth-copy shader in two Unity asset bundles (Linux and Windows). It was compiled with the Unity Editor
from Graphics Overdrive's own shader source and Unity's built-in shader include files (UnityCG.cginc: the full-screen vertex shader and the
depth sampling macros), which Unity Technologies publishes under the MIT License:
